Job Description
The Data & Analytics Unit is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making across the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS). The Information Systems Analyst II with a Data Analytics Specialization supports a variety of departmental initiatives, focusing on data analytics, validation, analysis, and interpretation of complex data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.
Two years of experience in analysis and design in a data analytics organization.
Experience using project management tools and templates and experience using agile methodology and its application to software and data product development.
