Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)

As an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) at General Dynamics Mission Systems, you will lead the cybersecurity, assessment and authorization (A&A), and compliance activities for classified information systems. You will serve as the primary security representative for the program, providing security leadership across the system life cycle and coordinating directly with program leadership, system stakeholders, internal security organizations, and government customers.

What You Will Do

You will oversee the implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of system security controls; manage security documentation; assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks; and ensure systems remain compliant with applicable government, customer, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent relevant experience is required, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• U.S. citizenship is required
