Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) will provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. The role requires a strong background in IT, cybersecurity, and security authorization.

What You Will Do

The ISSO will assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation, evaluate security solutions, and maintain records on workstations, servers, and network devices. They will also propose, coordinate, and implement information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial security products, security authorization techniques, and PKI and authorization services. They will also have experience with IAM Level 1 certification and knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, and encryption tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering
• Eight (08) years of combined work-related experience in the fields of IT, cybersecurity or security authorization
• Familiarity with commercial security products, security authorization techniques, security incident management, and PKI and authorization services
• IAM Level 1 certification
• Knowledge of at least two (02) of the following: knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, encryption tools and techniques
