Role OverviewResponsible for the development, design, installation, and maintenance of a department's networked computers. Provides user support and acts as a liaison with personnel who operate the University Backbone Network. May supervise other technical support personnel.
What You Will Do
Provide advanced technical support and systems administration services for departmental computing environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of servers, workstations, storage systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Three (3) years of related experience
