Job Description
We're seeking a Part-time Information Technology Analyst to support the technology needs of Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience in hospitality, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary school degree/diploma in computer science or hospitality
  • 2 years of technical experience in and around Hospitality
  • Technology proficiency with Hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Reservation, KeyLock, and Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel
  • Previous experience with PCI SAQD and GDPR
  • Working knowledge of Servers, Workstations, Door Locks, Telecom, Imaging Systems, Digital Display Boards, Sharepoint, and Fiber
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
