Job Description
Information Technology Analyst (Part-time) will support the technology needs of the Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa, including local area network support, server-based software installation and support, and troubleshooting network and software issues.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary school degree/diploma in computer science or hospitality
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in and around Hospitality
  • Technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of Hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Reservation, KeyLock, and Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction
  • Previous experience with PCI SAQD and GDPR
  • Working knowledge of Servers, Workstations, Door Locks, Telecom, Imaging Systems, Digital Display Boards, Sharepoint, and Fiber
  • Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
