Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Information Technology Analyst to support the technology needs of Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Local Area Networks (LANs), server-based software applications, and audio-visual equipment.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary school degree/diploma in computer science or hospitality
  • 2 years of technical experience in and around Hospitality
  • Technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of Hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Reservation, KeyLock, and Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction
