Job Description
Miraval Berkshires is seeking a part-time Information Technology Analyst to support the technology needs of the property. The role involves supporting and maintaining Local Area Networks, installing and supporting server-based software, troubleshooting network and software issues, and collaborating with department heads to address identified issues and trends.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary school degree/diploma in computer science or hospitality with strong computer skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in and around Hospitality
  • Technology proficiency with thorough working knowledge of Hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, Reservation, KeyLock, and Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction
  • Previous experience with PCI SAQD and GDPR comes highly recommended
  • Working knowledge of Servers, Workstations, Door Locks, Telecom, Imaging Systems, Digital Display Boards, Sharepoint, and Fiber
  • Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on-call may be required.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
