Job Description
The IT Electronic Health Records (EHR) Analyst is responsible for all aspects of EHR systems including implementation, planning, support training and maintenance in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • BA degree in Information Technology preferred, or at least five (5) years experience performing the job duties listed above.
  • Basic understanding of database design and data management concepts and models
  • Knowledge of basic office practice and procedures, and numeric/alpha filing systems
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment including computer, telephone, fax copy machinery, printer and PC application software including MS Office
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to comprehend work flow and integration of electronic applications
  • Maintains confidentiality of all patients records
  • Demonstrate clear knowledge of Ampla Health’s clinic structure, standards, procedures and protocols
  • Excellent Customer Service skills required
  • Complete understanding of HIPAA requirements in a healthcare setting
