Job Description
We are looking to add an Information Technology (IT) Systems Administrator II to our team. In this position, you will be the face of the IT department for our Colorado office. You will interact with staff of all levels, from onboarding new hires to assisting seasoned engineers. Responsible for IT systems, including hardware management, user support, administration, software licensing, compliance with federal standards, and implementing IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Build, deploy, and administer Windows and Ubuntu desktops, laptops, servers, and lab systems, including virtual machines.
  • Support Windows and Linux machines in an Active Directory environment.
  • Manage network and online file storage.
  • Respond to issues in a timely manner via our ticketing system.
  • Maintain hardware, software, and licensing inventory and baselines.
  • Configure and maintain conferencing A/V setups and digital signage.
  • Keep documentation up to date.
  • Identify software and infrastructure needs and suggest solutions.
