Job Description
The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking an Information Technology Manager 1 to supervise IT support staff, manage daily workflow, and oversee ServiceNow service desk processes. The ideal candidate will have 8 1/2 years of experience in IT, including 18 months of project management experience, and a strong understanding of computer systems analysis and design, data base concepts, and computer programming languages.
