Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Technology (IT) Project Lead to join our team at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This is an onsite position. As an IT Project Lead, you will manage the cost, schedule, and performance of small to medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) initiated projects.

Requirements

  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance for technical modernization projects
  • Provide recommendations and status briefings to management on project aspects
  • Coordinate activities with functional specialists in contracting, engineering, and logistics
  • Create clear and concise requirement specifications
  • Execute risk management strategies
  • Apply systems engineering principles and practices
  • Identify and prioritize critical technical data
  • Establish processes for accessing and updating technical directions
  • Conduct assessments and lead program-level review boards
  • Monitor project work quality and mentor subordinates
