Job Description
The Information Technology Seasonal Assistant will assist the IT department on various projects, with a focus on gameday and event preparation, and will provide IT support to the football and administrative departments.

Requirements

  • Prepare communication devices for use before events and gamedays.
  • Provide on-site support for devices on gamedays and during events.
  • Support the transition to and return from Chiefs Training Camp in St. Joseph, MO.
  • Log and investigate errors and assist support personnel with solutions.
  • Become proficient in the use of 24/7 software and the 24/7 Communicator application.
  • Assist with training users in the use of the 24/7 Communicator application.
  • Provide feedback on ways the organization can better utilize the 24/7 application.
