Job Description
Join the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx as an Information Technology Specialist - Basketball Operations. In this role, you will serve as the in-house expert for general computer, network, and Audio-Visual technologies, supporting the Basketball Operations team.

Requirements

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues and requests related to computer systems, software, hardware, and AV equipment.
  • Provide support directly to end users in their offices, cubes, meeting areas, offsite venues, and at Target Center.
  • Provide support on game days and/or event day setup as needed at the arena or other offsite locations.
  • Provide after-hours support via phone for staff traveling to games, meetings, and other events.
  • Provide network and basic computer support to coaching staff of visiting teams.
