Job Description
• Address assigned service requests and provide assistance to end users.
• Work with business departments to enhance the end user experience when requesting system access.
• Contribute to project and initiatives for service delivery improvements to ensure a timely and consistent service experience for end users.
• Assist with system access recertification efforts.
• Create and maintain user and instructional supporting documentation for user access management services.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in good customer service skills when working with end users is required.
• Assist with modifying of objects in Active Directory including creation of Security Groups and modification of User Accounts
Assisting with the system administration of NYSIFs Identity Access Management Tool.
