Role OverviewManages & supervises the User Technical Support area and the IT Inventory Management team. Responsible for the 7 x 24 operation of IT equipment, servers, operating systems, network services, and all desktop support. Leads multiple projects and coordinates technological resources in the design, investigation, and delivery of IT engagements.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the 7 x 24 support of over 5,000 ODPS internal IT customers. Manages & supervises the IT Inventory Management team.

Requirements
- 7 1/2 years of experience commensurate with job duties to be performed & knowledge & skills required as outlined in approved position description on file for position to be filled as advertised in job posting
- 12 months experience in performing project management functions as defined in series purpose
- Completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major which included at least one course in each of the following: advanced-level computer programming language, logic-based mathematics, data base concepts, computer systems analysis & design, & basic data processing concepts
