Role Overview

The Ohio Lottery Commission is seeking an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead the Gaming Systems/UAT team in analyzing and acceptance testing of all gaming vendor software and internal and external software modifications related to the central gaming system. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong people leadership to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and deliver business value.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of Business Process Analysts, managing user acceptance testing, and serving as the primary contact with the central gaming vendor. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the analysis and acceptance testing of all gaming vendor software and internal and external software modifications related to the central gaming system.

Requirements

  • 7 1/2 years (90 months) experience commensurate with job duties to be performed & knowledges & skills required as outlined in approved position description on file for position to be filled as advertised in job posting
  • 12 months experience in performing project management functions as defined in series purpose
  • completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major which included at least one course in each of the following: advanced-level computer programming language, logic-based mathematics, data base concepts, computer systems analysis & design, & basic data processing concepts
