- 7 1/2 years of experience commensurate with job duties
- 12 months of experience in performing project management functions
- completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major with courses in computer programming, logic-based mathematics, database concepts, and computer systems analysis
