Job Description
MWRD's Internship Program offers paid internship positions in various functions in each department, including information technology. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a service desk environment at a wastewater entity.

Requirements

  • Assist with Service Desk calls/tickets and Field Support level support tickets
  • Learn to research and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Create and update ITSM Knowledge Base Solutions
  • Image and update desktops and laptops
  • Manage Service Desk inventory
  • Assist with Asset tag management
  • Assist with printer management

Benefits
