Infovisa is seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide initial relationship management to clients. This role involves troubleshooting client systems, training staff, and participating in product testing. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Infovisa products and services and adept at providing excellent customer support.
Requirements
Deliver outstanding service to all Infovisa customers
Act as subject matter experts on Infovisa products
Resolve incoming inquiries using various tools
Develop proficiency in products and services
Prepare end-user and internal documentation
Train clients online and in-person
Troubleshoot and research issues using various methods
Prepare documentation for quality assurance
Communicate effectively with product teams
Manage other duties as assigned
