Infrastructure Automation Engineer 1

Requirements

• Develop and maintain standard VCF Automation blueprints and catalog items
• Build and update Orchestrator workflows for routine provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle tasks
• Support integration of automation requests with ServiceNow service catalog items and approval workflows
• Assist with Git-based version control, testing, and promotion of infrastructure-as-code changes
• Support development and maintenance of internal platform APIs and reusable automation modules
• Execute validation testing for blueprint, workflow, and integration changes before production release
• Document automation logic, configuration standards, runbooks, and support procedures
• Participate in incident, request, and change processes related to automation-supported platform services
• Follow established security, secrets-handling, logging, and change-control practices for automation solutions
