Role OverviewThe Infrastructure Delivery Area Manager will drive the vision for the Data Center Operations within the region. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT Infrastructure, Data Centers or worked for the industrial manufacturing domain. The role includes mentoring, developing and growing people in all levels, supporting Infrastructure projects and proposing technical solutions that are scalable.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include team management, defining strategy to improve efficiency and productivity, managing and improving workflows, and managing the global yearly operating budget.

Requirements
- 4+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components experience
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment
- 4+ years of people management, including 2+ years as a manager of managers experience
