Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to implement and support IT Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Root Cause Identification and Resolution & Project Design and Implementations.

Requirements

  • Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Teams, as needed
  • Excellent IT documentation skills
