Job Description
We are seeking an Infrastructure Intern to support our tech team, configure and maintain network systems, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our digital environment running smoothly. The intern will provide technical support, configure and maintain network equipment, servers, virtual machines, and related applications, and support security efforts by reviewing and remediating scan recommendations and maintaining documentation of configurations.

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a University or Technical College throughout the length of the internship
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Network Specialist, Computer Science or related field
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and task execution
