Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure & Networking Manager to own our cloud and on-premise environment, lead our help desk team, and take full operational responsibility for the networks, systems, and security that power Shoes For Crews.
What You Will Do
The Infrastructure & Networking Manager will oversee cloud, on-premise systems, networks, storage, and end-user computing across the organization, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security of all infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure, proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, and experience with Palo Alto and Cisco networking hardware.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco networking hardware
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, and firewall concepts
- Experience with Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA), SentinelOne, KnowBe4, and Abnormal Security
