Job Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist 1 to install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and/or software in a single technology domain. The successful candidate will possess a working technical knowledge of software applications and hardware environments, as well as excellent customer support skills.

Requirements

  • Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades, and/or administers hardware and/or software independently
  • Provides Tier II level customer support
  • Conducts performance tuning for hardware and/or software
  • Develops and maintains documentation
  • Promotes system security and awareness by adhering to the Agency’s and/or State’s IT security policy(s) and standards
