Job Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist 3 to work in the Operation Support Center. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in technical infrastructure operations and maintenance, and will be responsible for working with a high level of detail and knowledge as the server and storage team SME for Hyland OnBase Administrator. The role will involve working within a cross-functional team to support server and storage management, providing technical support and training to tier 1, 2, 3 technical staff, and working with IT managers for solutions design.

Requirements

  • 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of evaluating effectiveness and risk of IT processes, recommending changes in IT procedures, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions
  • Extensive knowledge in technical infrastructure operations and maintenance
  • Ability to work with high level of detail and knowledge as the server and storage team SME for Hyland OnBase Administrator
  • Ability to work within cross-functional team to support server and storage management
  • Ability to provide technical support and training to tier 1, 2, 3 technical staff
  • Ability to work with IT managers for solutions design
