Role Overview

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist Associate to support the safe, efficient, and responsible use of technology throughout the agency. The successful candidate will work at DODD's Developmental Centers and/or offices, providing technical solutions and assistance to meet business needs of customers.

What You Will Do

The Infrastructure Specialist Associate will answer questions from end users, offer technical solutions and assistance, develop and maintain documentation, and learn and acquire customer support skills via training and assisting higher-level specialists.

Requirements

  • 18 months' combined work experience and/or training in installing, monitoring/maintaining, configuring, upgrading, &/or administering/operating a single technology domain
  • successful completion of IT Apprenticeship program at designated agency
  • completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems
