Job Description
Join The Brew Crew – Crafting Quality with Intention! The Ingredient Control Lead is responsible for overseeing all Ingredient Control pre-weigh processes during their shift, leading kit assembly for the production plant, and ensuring that every detail and specification of each product is met.

Requirements

  • Be sensitive to Confidentiality Agreements
  • Train and lead, as well as communicate effectively with all co-workers
  • Ensure co-workers follow recipes and directions, 'to the letter'
  • Maintain cleanliness of areas responsible for
  • Pre-weigh Ingredients following customer specific recipes
  • Monitor activities in area of responsibility at all times during shift
  • Assist in conducting physical counts on customer owned inventories
