Job Description
Job Title – 3rd Shift Production Supervisor – Manufacturing / Warehouse Operations / ERP. Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. They are looking for you, an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor, to lead and manage production and warehouse operations during overnight hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of warehouse operations experience (for warehouse oversight)
  • Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred
  • Previous ERP system experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
