Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring injection molding machines, and auxiliary molding equipment within a custom injection molding and automation environment. The position ensures production equipment and manufacturing cells operate safely, efficiently, and consistently while meeting production, quality, and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Set up and run injection molding machines, troubleshoot process issues, perform preventative maintenance, and communicate actions and problem resolution to the next shift.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in setting up and running injection molding machines
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others or in an individual capacity
- Ability to read blueprints
