Waste Connections is looking for a Class 1 Injection Well Operator to join our team at Heart of Florida Landfill. Requirements

  • Experience in injection well operations, industrial wastewater treatment, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of Class 1 injection well regulations and environmental compliance
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, and equipment
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory documentation
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical certifications in wastewater, well operations, or related fields required
