Job Description
The Injury Prevention Coordinator is responsible for creating, recruiting, and assembling an Injury Prevention Task Force to address elder falls, developing a sustainability plan, and facilitating trainings to FDIHB staff and community partners. The position also involves coordinating with the Wellness Department, developing a robust marketing campaign, and generating a data collection plan for program evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of direct work experience in healthcare and/or prevention
  • Valid, unrestricted insurable driver's license
  • Current certificate of Indian blood (CIB)
  • High school diploma and college degree or transcripts
