Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
  • 10+ years of Inland Marine underwriting experience
  • Strong proficiency with specific knowledge requirements in underwriting, book management, marketing, and product development
  • Ability to effectively coach underwriters and balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
