Role OverviewAs part of HSBC's Innovation Banking division, the Relationship Advisor, Fund Banking supports our Fund Banking team by partnering with Relationship Managers to deliver day-to-day coverage for venture capital (VC) firms.
What You Will Do
Recommend solutions to prospects and clients that support management company operating needs and fund investment strategies, review client activity and identify opportunities to address liquidity needs and streamline bank processes.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Private Equity/Venture Capital, fund services, or similar
- Experience in relationship management/support, client service, investor services, onboarding/implementation, or similar
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting VC/PE fund structures (GP (General Partner) /management company, SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), multiple fund entities)
- Familiarity with KYC/onboarding workflows and cash management products (payments, online banking, FX)
- Track record of process improvement and issue management end-to-end
