The role involves evaluating, implementing, and adopting innovative technologies to enhance legal service delivery, improve efficiency, and create value for clients and attorneys.

Requirements

  • Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered legal technologies
  • Assist with the evaluation, testing, and comparison of new legal technologies
  • Help gather feedback from lawyers, paralegals, and staff to understand their needs and identify pain points
  • Design, develop, and iterate on custom AI agents tailored to specific legal use cases
  • Coordinate pilot programs for AI tools and innovation initiatives
  • Conduct testing, validation, and feedback loops for AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure innovation projects meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain clear records of project status, user feedback, and technology assessments
  • Support training sessions and demos for in-house developed AI agents and tools
