Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Texas licensed or eligible for Texas license
