Job Description
The Inpatient Services Technical Trainer is responsible for training, developing, and advancing veterinary technicians and assistants within the Inpatient Services Department. The Trainer serves as a clinical leader and educator, working collaboratively with Managers, Supervisors, and Veterinary Staff to ensure all team members demonstrate strong technical skills, critical thinking, and adherence to hospital standards of care.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in veterinary healthcare management
  • 1+ year of experience in training
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) within the state of Massachusetts required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
