Job Description
Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Services, the Inpatient Therapy Manager maintains all day-to-day facility therapy operations, supervises the inpatient therapy team, and serves as a role model for all Augusta Health employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • BLS Certification
  • Membership in state and national professional organizations is preferred
  • Three years of clinical experience
  • One year of experience in a leadership role preferred
