Role OverviewThe Inplant Supervisor CW Zumbiel will oversee in-plant operations at the assigned customer, responsible for maintaining operating expenses, employee development, employee performance monitoring, implementing standard procedures, key performance indicator reporting, vacation coverage scheduling, and safety.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a point person in operational in-plant matters, coordinating with Sales and Customer Tech Service leadership, completing in-plant personnel performance management reviews, and providing strong press side technical support.

Requirements
- BS Degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5 years of general industrial management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong pressroom and printing process knowledge
- Well versed in a variety of dispensing software platforms (Novaflow, Mixmaster, etc.) and color matching technologies (X-Rite, GSL, etc)
