Job Description
The Inside Parts Sales Representative uses product knowledge, customer service skills, and interpersonal relationship skills to satisfy customer needs in securing parts. Responsibilities include procurement, filling customer orders, stocking, and receiving construction and aggregate machinery parts.

Requirements

  • Experience in parts sales in a retail environment
  • Experience in heavy equipment/construction industry preferred
  • Computer skills: ability to navigate through many vendor sites and processes
  • Basic understanding of computer spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications
  • Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
