Job Description
The Inside Parts Sales Representative will satisfy General Equipment's customer needs effectively and efficiently in securing parts, using comprehensive product knowledge and customer relationship skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in parts sales in a retail environment
  • Experience in heavy equipment/construction industry preferred
  • Computer skills: ability to navigate through many vendor sites and processes
  • Basic understanding of computer spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications
  • Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Requires a valid driver's license
