What You Will Do
Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs. Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer's project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

Requirements
- 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
