Role OverviewGRUBBRR is looking for an energetic, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at our Boca Raton headquarters. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking with prospects, uncovering business needs, demonstrating technology, overcoming objections, and closing business.
What You Will Do
Prospect for new business through outbound calling, email, networking, referrals, and other creative approaches. Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales opportunities and follow up consistently throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Prior sales, business development, customer-facing, or related experience preferred.
- A natural ability to engage people, ask good questions, listen, and communicate value.
- Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations with potential customers.
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results.
- Persistent and resilient.
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to learn technology and explain it to customers who may have varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Experience with restaurant technology, SaaS, POS systems, payments, hospitality, or B2B technology sales is a plus, but not required.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site at GRUBBRR's Boca Raton headquarters.
