Job Description
Ritter Communications is seeking an Inside Sales Account Rep to manage and grow existing customers while developing new customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business sales principles and practices
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce/CRM, Adobe, application based programs
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple work assignments
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple accounts seamlessly
  • Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry
