Job Description
We are a family-owned company looking for an Inside Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service to customers through direct sales skills and prompt and courteous service. Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services is a plus.

Requirements

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide customer service to all customers
  • Ability to manage in-person customer traffic along with incoming phone customers
  • Working knowledge of order processing systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
