Job Description
We are seeking two self-motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales & Business Development Associates to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in inside sales, customer engagement, and business development.

Requirements

  • Work with the sales team to support sales efforts and business development initiatives
  • Drive sales to institutional, commercial, and education-based customers across the U.S.
  • Assist with expanding international sales opportunities through lead development and outreach
  • Communicate with customers including administrators, facilities teams, and key decision-makers
  • Promote cost-saving and sustainability benefits of extending the life of existing products
  • Identify and develop new leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, trade outreach, and social media
  • Build and support a dealer, distributor, or installer network
  • Conduct virtual and occasional in-person product presentations and demonstrations
  • Manage customer orders from initial quote through final order completion and handoff
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, production coordination, and project scope
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity tracking
  • Research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Support monthly and annual sales goals through consistent follow-up and relationship management
