Inside Sales Consultant

The Inside Sales Consultant is the first voice and trusted guide for prospective clients seeking help. You'll conduct in-depth consultations to understand their tax challenges, explain how our two-phase process works, and set them on the path toward resolution.

What You Will Do

Connect & Consult: Engage inbound leads and referrals, listening to their tax challenges with empathy and professionalism. Educate & Guide: Clearly explain our two-phase process and how our team can help resolve IRS and state tax issues. Qualify & Assess: Gather critical financial and personal details to determine program eligibility and next steps. Close with Confidence: Enroll clients into Phase One, setting realistic expectations and securing their commitment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for someone with demonstrated competencies in inside sales, preferably in a financial services or consultative closing roles. You should have strong ability to listen, empathize, and translate complex financial matters into clear solutions. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a client-first mindset, are a must.
