Job Description
Review sales orders, make outbound calls to customers, and manage orders until fulfillment. Coordinate customer complaints and support management with admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Review sales orders to ensure accurate information
  • Determine processing requirements and lead times
  • Enter quotes into internal ERP system with a high level of accuracy
  • Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
  • Review data to maintain stock levels
  • Coordinate resolution of customer complaints
  • Update and maintain part specifications
  • Support management and/or other departments with admin tasks
