Job Description
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
